I had the Cuban sandwich and it was AMAZING!! We were a little disappointed because they were out of several food items on the menu. The service was good and the beer is cold!!

Had a few ok experiences on drinking trips but was pleasantly surprised when I ordered the Gumbo. Better than any I had on a recent trip to New Orleans. Not sure if everything is created with such care but I certainly stop in looking for it when I In town.

We trust in Yelp. It rarely leads us astray. When we intruded on a handful of locals drowning their sorrows at 5:30 on a Sunday and observed the melange of furniture and dive like atmosphere. I thought this was the rare occasion, but yelp came through again. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the food was superior, keeping in mind what it was, sandwiches and the like, but it was superior. My wife and I both ordered specials, she had the blackened Mahi mahi sandwich and I had the fried fish po'boy. Like I said I was skeptical but it was love at first bite. And not only were the sandwiches delightful but everything on the the plate was great. To say I'm not generally a fan of the side cup of slaw is generous. But theirs was really good. It was crunchy and not too sweet, great flavor. The fries were also pretty awesome and I WANTED to eat them not just because they were there but because they were great. The food was made by a rotund gentleman who shared our Philadelphia Eagles love. I'll tell you what. The man could cook. Mid feast he asked how everything was. With a mouthful of po'boy I just smiled and gave a thumbs up, my wife the same. He replied "silence is golden!" In this case it certainly was, and more so a reflection of the flavorful food. So be prepared if you wander in and are used to fancier digs but if my man with the eagles hat is there you're in for a treat. One downside for me was depressing lack of a beer list. All standard american and imports with nothing all that great as an option. I ended up with a labatt's I think.

Exactly what we were looking for. Monday night football on the TVs and the kitchen open after 10:00. We had the Cuban sandwich and a blue cheese bacon burger. Both were great. Very casual local bar. Owner was very helpful and friendly. Come here and enjoy!

Excellent bar and restaurant! Strong cold drinks and tasty eats. We had their amazing pub chips...super thin home made fresh potato chips drizzled with a very nice balsamic reduction, and topped with blue cheese crumbles that melt quite perfectly on the crispy chips. Patio seating is the way to go here. The service was terrific as well. I'd bring my sunburned self here any ole day!

If you are looking for some strong drinks on Ft Myers Beach...THIS IS THE PLACE. My friend Stephanie L. and I were drinking down the beach and this is the place that we ended at. When we walked into the bar, there were locals on one side of the bar and then us spring breakers were on the other. Kinda funny, but everyone was so nice and fun. Great bartender. Jukebox on the wall. I made some great choices and had a great time. Will definitely be back on my next trip to FMB.

We went here based on the recommendation of a waitress at another restaurant, and I'm so glad we did! We walked in to an empty restaurant on a Thursday night around 845, but it quickly filled up with regulars and vacationers. We sat at the bar to chat with the bartender, Chi Chi. He was the best! I had the Cuban (you have to try this sandwich!) and he had the Reuben. Both awesome. Both came with homemade chips and coleslaw. Go there!

After a week on the island this was my favorite place to eat, too bad we went there on our last night. Drinks were not watered down like every other place seemed to be!! Our waitress said their fried shrimp were the best on the island and they definitely were. I got a philly cheesesteak as it was the special of the night and it was phenomenal If we were staying here any longer we would definitely return!
